\nThe \u2018Just Rights Realization of Fair Rights\u2019 Committee of the Official Employees Association held a press conference on the 12-point demand including the implementation of Section 8(1) of the Service Conditions of the University until the retirement age of 62 years from the service of the officers and employees.<\/p>\n

In the press conference, the president of the officials association ATM Emdadul Alam and the general secretary Olid Hasan Mukut read the news statement signed by the convener of the rightful rights implementation committee ATM Emdadul Alam.<\/p>\n

Esmut EB Press Club President Abu Huraira, Office Secretary Munjurul Islam Nahid, Publicity, Publication and Literary Secretary Rakib Hossain Redowan, Journalist Association President Shahedul Islam and Joint General Secretary Emanul Sohan and other journalists of the university were present.<\/p>\n

ATM Emdadul Alam read the written demand of the officials and said:
\n1. The pet quota enjoyed by the Islamic University has been enjoyed since its creation. The teachers, officials and employees of the Islamic University have been admitted to the Islamic University under GST in the academic year 2020-2021. As such, teachers, officials and employees should be admitted through the university central admission committee in the light of the 2020-2021 academic year.
\n2. Section 8(1) of the service conditions of the university must be implemented until the retirement age of the officers and employees is 62 years.
\n3. I. C. T. The inhuman decision taken to release the cell sub-registrar Hasina Mumtaz from her service should be withdrawn.
\n4. I. C. Mr. Ilyas Zoaddar, a technician of T cell and a teacher of Human Resource Management, should withdraw his decision of suspension as per the misunderstanding letter and make arrangements to join the service urgently.
\n5. Senior Imam Moniruzzaman of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall and Senior Imam Belayet Hossain of Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Hall should be promoted and canceled higher game.
\n6. The promotion issue of 2 engineers of the engineering office, Badsha Mamunar Rashid and Noor-e Alam, should be solved.
\n7. In the case of death while working in the university, the most qualified person in the family of the employees should take practical steps to implement the issue of employment within 90 (ninety) days of death as per the decision of the Syndicate.
\n8. Special tickers on promotion policy of authorized employees of the Syndicate In light, 11 administrative officers should be promoted to the post of branch officer.
\n9. Unearned increments should be provided to employees due to increase in educational qualifications like other universities.
\n10. The remuneration of the concerned officers and employees should be increased in the examination related work.
\n11. Like other universities, drivers have to implement seven-step facilities.
\n12. General employees should be promoted through promotion\/upgrading four times a year as per promotion policy.<\/p>\n

The leaders of the University's \u2018Fair Rights Implementation Committee\u2019 have been agitating for the last four days due to not taking practical steps to implement the above demands.
