The carpeting is filled with clay. The contractor is going to try to complete the work.<\/p>\n<p>Locals complain that this road will be unusable within a few days due to the use of low-quality construction materials.<\/p>\n<p>On July 11 (Tuesday), the GITT contractor has not been able to find anyone in the ground.
