of the centennial pond of Krishnamangal in Char Union of Akot in Sadarpur Upazila of Faridpur and stop the construction of Guchchagram.<\/p>\n<p>The bench of Justice JBM Hasan and Rajik Al Jalil of the High Court of High Court gave this order today after the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, he also issued an order that all the activities of filling the pond and construction of cluster villages will be stopped until any further order is given by the High Court.<\/p>\n<p>It is to be noted that last Sunday (May 21), two lawyers of Bangladesh Supreme Court Barrister Mohammad Humayon Kabir Pallab and Barrister Md Kaushar filed a writ petition in the court to fill the centenary pond and close the cluster village on behalf of the human rights organization Law and Life Foundation
