Hasanuzzaman has given the name of the convicted woman Rita Begum (35). Her father is in Chak Singha village of Bagha upazila of Rajshahi.<\/p>\n<p>Shamsunnahar, the lawyer for the state side of the court, confirmed this information to Mukti Palli News.<\/p>\n<p>She said that Rita's husband Jutel had a land dispute with a neighbor who had a land dispute, which led to the dispute, in 2011, the Bagha Thana was filed a case against the college clerk's son of the opposition college and the boy was accused of attempted rape.<\/p>\n<p>The victim college student filed a false case against the woman in the same court in 2012.
