Saidur Rahman Ghazi provided the raft, but the accused Mozammel Haque was absconding.<br \/>\nAccording to the case, on the night of August 16, 2007, his wife Nasima Akhtar was tortured to death due to a family dispute in Kazi Khil village of Ramganj upazila. The next day, the deceased's brother Momin Ulya was accused by the deceased's husband Mozammel Haque and three people, including the deceased's husband Mozammel Haque, filed a murder case in the court on November 26 of the same year. The court started the trial of the charge sheet against the accused Mozammel Haque on March 3, 2009, the court started the trial and testimony of the Ramganj Thana Police.
