Three Rohingyas including Crystal Math (Ice) and Isaba have been arrested by Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members while smuggling from Metaanmar in Cox's Bazar, two wooden boats have been seized.<\/p>\n
They were arrested from the area adjacent to Jalitar Island of Naf River around 12 o'clock on Monday (March 13). <\/p>\n
The detainees are - Saker (22), son of Mohammad Hossain of Ukhita No. 3 Kutupalong Rohingya camp, Mohammad Jaber (19) son of Abu Chiddik of No. 12 Balukhali camp and Mohammad Yunus (23) son of Maungdu Sikdar Paar Hachan of Meanmar. <\/p>\n
BGB Commander of -2 Lt. Col. Sheikh Khalid Mohammad Iftekhar said that based on the secret information of the smuggling of drugs from Mitanmar, the location of the Jalitar Island area is not BGB.<\/p>\n
After seeing 8\/10 people coming towards the border by making two wooden boats from Mitanmar, the BGB signaled to stop the boat. The boatmen rushed to the river and ran towards Mitanmar. 1 kg 294 grams of ice and 10 thousand eabas were recovered in the search of two boats.<\/p>\n
