The Ministry of Culture has allocated Tk 3 crore 12 lakh for the historic March 7th day celebration. Out of this, Tk 1 lakh 50 thousand for each district and Tk 50 thousand for each upazila.<\/p>\n

It is said in the letter that a total of 3 crore 12 lakh taka has been allocated for the district and upazilas (except Sadar Upazila) from the allocation of the Ministry of Culture in the financial year 2022-23 for the national celebration of the historic 7th March Day nationally. Out of which 64 districts, 1 lakh 50 thousand taka for each of the 64 districts and 532 taka in favor of 432 upazilas. <\/p>\n
The expenditure will be met from the allocation of events\/sources under general activities under the management activities of the Ministry of Culture for the financial year 2022-23, which has the approval of the higher authorities.<\/p>\n
In terms of allocation, it is said that all the financial regulations should be properly observed in the case of expenditure of the allocated money, if there is any irregularity in the cost of this money, the bill paying authority will be responsible, the unpaid money should be surrendered by June 30 and the report of the execution of the program along with the statement should be sent to the Ministry.<\/p>\n
It is also said in the condition that all the District Commissioners and Upazila Nirbahi Officers will submit bills directly through the expenditure bill voucher as per the financial regulations and withdraw it from the office of the Divisional Accounts Controller\/District Accounting Officer\/Upazila Accounting Officer\/Upazila Accounting Officer and keep the bill-voucher in his office for the next audit, after the event, one set of bills, vouchers and events will be sent to the ministry.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
