The Kiwi administration has declared a state of emergency in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The country has already been issued a third warning in the history of the country, which has already seen adverse weather conditions in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency Management Minister Kieron McAnnaly signed the National Declaration on Tuesday (Feb 14) on Tuesday morning (Feb. 14).
