Desk Report: A woman (22) has been accused of being raped while visiting a patient at Chuadanga Sadar Hospital, 10 days after the incident, a case was filed in the Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal-1 in Chuadanga on Thursday.<\/p>\n
The Executive Director of Human Rights Organization \u2018Human Ta\u2019 Khandkar Ahidul Alam filed the case under the Prevention of Women and Child Abuse Act as the plaintiff. The court judge, District and Sessions Judge Shirin Kavita Akhtar, has ordered the officer-in-charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station to take the complaint as a statement and submit the report to the investigating officer in person on June 2.<\/p>\n
In the case, Chuadanga Sadar Upazila Belgachi village Md. Asif, three-four unidentified people have been made witnesses and abused women and one of his friends.<\/p>\n
The woman was rushed to the second floor of the hospital on May 17 at 7:30 pm, and she was returning home with her brother in the second floor.<\/p>\n
The RG also mentioned that the families of the victims were reluctant to file a case for fear of the accused, but the accused was prosecuted for the accused.<\/p>\n
Sadar Hospital Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Masud Rana said that the accused Asif works as a volunteer in the hospital.<\/p>\n
District Civil Surgeon Mu.
