It is clear from the statistics of people who have not taken legal aid at government expense.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent report of the National Legal Co-operation Agency, it has been said that in the last 13 years, 800,000 people have received legal support across the country at government expense in the last 13 years.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-highlighter\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the statistics, 318 thousand 605 people have received legal advice in this context. Three lakh 28 thousand 583 cases have been filed. And among these cases, 1 lakh 57 thousand 624 have been settled. There are 64 thousand 140 cases to be settled by alternative dispute settlement between the two parties before the case.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 lakh 12 thousand 318 people have benefited through ADR and 17 thousand 328 people have been given service through hotline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This report has been sent to the concerned departments including the Ministry of Law.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle adsbygoogle-noablate\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-5719221813662218\" data-adsbygoogle-status=\"done\" data-ad-status=\"unfilled\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"aswift_3_host\" tabindex=\"0\" title=\"advertisement\" aria-label=\"advertisement\"><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina took the initiative to provide legal support to the people who are financially insufferable, insufferable and unable to get justice due to various socio-economic reasons during her first ten years in the government.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-highlighter\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, after the change of government in 2001, the implementation of this law has been stopped. Then in 2009, when Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina formed the government for the second time, in 2009, if the government was formed, the main office of the National Support Organization of Dhaka should be established in the Bailey Road of Dhaka and under it, the Bangladesh Supreme Court, Chowki Court and Labor Court will be established in the main office of the National Legal Aid Office and under it.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"post-highlighter\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">At present, in every district, upazila and united level of the country, even the highest court, the legal aid committee is being formed in the Supreme Court and the national legal support organization is conducting the legal support activities.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this regard, Law Minister Anisul Haque said that one of the dreams of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was to ensure the rule of law, basic human rights and justice for all. For that purpose, the government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina enacted the National Legal Cooperation Act in 2000.
