The Laxmipur Chamber Judge Court has sent Md. Zahir Hossain (35) to jail in the case of property dispute and fighting in Ramganj of Lakshmipur.<\/span><\/p>\n

On August 22 (Monday) afternoon, Laxmipur Judicial Magistrate No. 3 Judge Belat Hossain sentenced the accused Zahir to 3 days in jail and fined 2 zahir to the accused Zahir on the basis of the complaint filed by Abul Kalam in the case of Bhatitalpur Fazal Haque Patotari of Ramganj Upazila. <\/span><\/p>\n

Zahir is the son of deceased Isub Ali of Bhatialpur village of No. 8 Karpa Uni of Ramganj Upazila and Aleta Begum is the wife of Ismail Hossain of the same Bair.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the statement of the case, the property dispute with the plaintiff Abul Kalam with the same Bajir Zaheer, Aleta Gong has been going on for a long time. This is the continuation of this 10th July 2021, a fight between Abul Kalam and Zahir Gang.<\/span><\/p>\n

Later, when Abul Kalam filed a case in Adala, the accused in the Lakshmipur Chamber Judge Court, Zahir, was fined 3 days in jail and the other accused Aleta was fined 2 thousand taka to the other accused, on Monday 22 August.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
