The court acquitted 17 accused in the murder case of a Chhatra League leader named Dattapajat Rubel (25) of Laxmipur.<\/p>\n

It is known that on February 2, 2015, Chhatra League leader Rubel was called on a mobile phone and tied his hands and feet and killed him.<\/p>\n
The main accused in the murder case was a top terrorist and Dattapa UP chairman Nur Hossain of Dattapa area. Second in command of Shamim's forces, Masum Billah aka Laden Masum, Masum Billah, who was killed by a miscreant on November 2, 2017, has killed two more accused.<\/p>\n
According to the sources, on the night of the incident, Rubel was in his sister's house in Mandari Bazar of Sadar Upazila. At night, he called him on his mobile phone and went to sleep. In this incident, on February 23, Nathon Begum, the stepmother of the deceased Rubel, was filed by the terrorist forces chief Masum Billah alias Laden Masumah (32) named 12 people and Chandraganj Thana filed a case in the name of 5\/6 other unknown people.<\/p>\n
The other accused in the case are - Jasim Uddin (30), member of the Laden Force, Riz Hossain (32), Kamrun Nahar (42), Farhad Hossain (35), Amir Hossain Sumon (35), Md. Bahar (37), Md. Rabbi (32), Md. Kamal Hossain (42), Murad Hossain (32), Saddam Hossain (29) and Yusuf (18).<\/p>\n
