The 47th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the great architect of independence, was celebrated with due dignity in Rakhtpur, Lakshmipur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upazila Administration, Freedom Fighters Command Council, LM Pilot High School, Aomi League and various political parties, social and cultural organizations celebrated the day in various programs including Milad Mahfil, Kangali Bhoj, Distribution of Trees Saplings, discussion meetings. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the morning, the Upazila Parishad and the Freedom Fighters Command Council first laid a wreath on the portrait of the Father of the Nation. After paying tribute, the discussion meeting was chaired by the Upazila Nirbahi Officer Anjan Das at the Upazila Administration Milanatan, the chief guest of the local MP Noor Uddin Chowdhury Na. <\/span><\/p>\n
