The government has taken seven precautionary decisions so that the global economic recession does not have a negative impact on the critical situation in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n
Prime Minister Chief Secretary Dr. Kauskous has informed about these decisions, and the decisions are:<\/p>\n
1. Traveling abroad should be avoided as much as possible.<\/p>\n
2. Power consumption in all government offices will be reduced by 25 percent and the budget allocation for energy sector will be reduced by 20 percent.<\/p>\n
3. Most of the meetings should be organized online.<\/p>\n
4. To keep the prices of daily commodities including food products tolerable, other measures should be strengthened including market monitoring, taking action against stockpiling through mobile courts.<\/p>\n
5. Learning to find out the way for students to avoid personal use of private The ministry will be requested, said Dr. Ahmad Katkaus.<\/p>\n
6. Necessary steps should be taken from the beginning of the financial year to collect internal resources and NBR should take effective measures to achieve the target.<\/p>\n
