Betagir Upazila Women's Affairs Officer Shahinur Begum is working secretly after coming to the previous workplace without joining the new workplace ignoring the transfer order.<\/p>\n

He is working from 11 am to 2 pm yesterday.<\/p>\n

It is known that in a notification of the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs on May 23, upazila women's affairs officer Shahinur Begum was transferred to Thanchi upazila of Bandarban district in Betagi.<\/p>\n

The notification has been asked to join the office of Thanchi Upazila Women Affairs Officer of Bandarban, the new workplace, by May 30, 2022.<\/p>\n

\nOtherwise, from the afternoon of 30th May 2022, the notification also mentions that he will be considered as an immediate release from the current workplace.<\/p>\n

He did not join his new workplace but was secretly working at the old workplace despite the time being of the order.<\/p>\n

Betagi Upazila Women's Affairs Officer Shahinur Begum went to her office last Wednesday after receiving information that Shahinur Begum's office was locked from outside. Three women were sitting in the next room.<\/p>\n

\nWhen the journalist asked him about the release of the stand, he quickly left the room and closed the door of his room without giving him any answer.<\/p>\n

Even after the stand release, when he asked how he did the office, he went to the wash room without giving any answer.<\/p>\n

Some of the women's affairs officer Shahinur Begum, who was working in the Betagi Upazila Women's Affairs Officer's office on condition of anonymity, said that she was transferred to Thanchi in Bandarban on May 23. She was also given an exemption letter from Barguna Jala office on Tuesday, May 31. Still, we do not know on what law she is working on.<\/p>\n

\nBarguna District Women's Affairs Officer Mehrun Nahar Munni's Muthofan was contacted several times to find out the overall matter but was not available.<\/p>\n

Betagi Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Md. Suhrid Salehin said, Betagi Upazila Women's Affairs Officer Shahinur Begum has been transferred to Thanchi in Bandarban. She is scheduled to leave her Betagi workplace by May 30. She is not allowed to work in any situation after the deadline mentioned in the transfer order.
