\nThe Coast Guard raid on Meghna River in Rakhtpur Upazila of Laxmipur on Friday night was seized by 20,000 meters of current net, 240 kg of Jatka hilsa and 1 inch powered boat.
\nOn Saturday (February 04) morning, Ratpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shilpi Rani Rath was distributing the banned current net publicly in the mobile court.<\/p>\n
This is the same upazila senior fisheries officer Belat Hossain and Coast Guard Officer Contingent Commander Shahidur Rahman were present.
