Barguna Taltali Upazila Executive Officer Md. Kauchar Hossain has been accused of contempt of court.<\/p>\n

The case was filed in the court of Amtali Assistant Judge on Thursday (March 04) for building shelter project houses in the land of others in violation of the court order.<\/p>\n

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Kawshar Hossain Chao Assistant Commissioner Bhumi, Upazila Land Office's Kanun'go\u2019, Surveyor and Tehsildar of the Board of Directors were charged with contempt of court.
\nThere is no assistant commissioner in Taltali. Upazila Nirbahi Officer is in power as Assistant Commissioner (Land).<\/p>\n

It is known that the government set a permanent settlement of 4 acres of agricultural land in upazila Baag Bagi Mauza 3993 and 4000 Dag in 1964-65. Later in 1981, they sold 2 acres of 67 percent to Badur Alam Babul, including the permanent settlement and recorded land from the record land.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the 41-year-old Bhog has been occupied by the Taltali Upazila Executive Officer at the end of January this year, after the construction of the shelter project house on that land.<\/p>\n

Later on 25 January, Badalur Amtali filed a case against 5 people including the Upazila Executive Officer in the judicial magistrate court. The court said that the court will respond in writing to the case and said to those 5 people.<\/p>\n

Although the written notice of the court was accepted by the other three, the upazila executive officer said. Kawsar did not accept the land and then the upazila executive officer filled the land for the construction of the house for the ashratan project. The court had given the court a temporary ban on the land and said that no work could be done on the land until the case is settled.<\/p>\n

Later on March 4, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Kawshar Hossain Chao filed a case against the Assistant Commissioner Bhumi, Upjema Land Office's Kanun'go\u2019, Surveyor and Tehsildar in the court of Amtali Assistant Judge.<\/p>\n

The court would like to know why legal action will not be taken against the upazila executive officer and those concerned during the case.<\/p>\n

Badur Alam Babul, the plaintiff in the case, said that the UNO has taken possession of any kind of notice on the land of our recorded property and government permanent settlement. After that, Ashratan started the construction of the project house.<\/p>\n

I filed a case in court in the case of the poison. The court gave a temporary ban but he did not obey the order. For this he has filed a contempt of court for this.<\/p>\n

Advocate Md Atiqul Haque, the lawyer for the plaintiff, said that the case has been filed against UNO and the court has taken the case into account and has notified the case that legal action will not be taken.<\/p>\n
