A victim has filed a case in the Senior Judicial Magistrate Court of Nokhali in the case of co-op and bribe claim against 12 people including OC Abul Khar of Chatkhil police station in No.khali and two ASIs. The court has directed the police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to investigate the case and submit a report.<\/p>\n
According to court sources, Abdul Otaahed, son of Kazi Rafiq Ulla of North Badalkot Union of the upazila, filed this case in Amli Court No. 7, the Senior Judicial Magistrate of the district.<\/p>\n
In the application of the case, Abdul Otaahed complained that the Badalkot Mauza of Chatkhil Upazila was occupied by him on January 13, the opponent Md. Shahidullah and Md. Parvez came to take possession of the team, when he stopped him, the opponent threatened him, \u2018They have come to the police station, if they stop, the body will be found here.\u2019<\/p>\n
In the situation that arises, he called 999, SI of Chatkhil police station. When O'Hed went to the spot, the occupiers went to Palli, later two ASIs of the same police station, Zakir Hossain and Md. Suman called Gita 999 on the spot and asked his relatives including the plaintiff and asked him to go to the police station.<\/p>\n
According to the words of the two ASIs, if the victims do not get the documents, they will be kept in the office till 10 pm.<\/p>\n
