: <\/strong>The court sentenced 26 people including the former councilor Noor Hossain of Naratanganj City Corporation and three dismissed officers of RAB to death. Out of 35 accused in this case, the remaining 9 have been sentenced to imprisonment in various cases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The former commander of RAB-11, Lt. Colonel (retd.) Tarek Saeed Muhammad, Major (Retd.) Arif Hossain and Lieut. Commander (Retd.) Masud Rana, among the accused, 14 others are the dismissed officers and members of the RAB.<\/p>\n

Noor Hossain, among the 35 convicts convicted, 23 people heard the robes of the court, while the remaining 12 accused were absconding.<\/p>\n

On Monday (January 16) at 10:05 am, the court of Naratanganj district and Datta Judge Saitra Hossain, took the two cases as one and gave the two cases as one.<\/p>\n

The 23 accused arrested at 9:50 am on Monday and kept the iron cage from the courtroom and the judge took a seat in the courtroom at 10:03 AM and announced a short 10:50 am.<\/p>\n

18 of the accused were from Naratanganj District Jail and including Noor Hossain 5 people were taken to the court from Kashimpur Central Jail Part-2.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the court completed the judicial proceedings of the seven murder cases together, the plaintiff in one case, the son-in-law of the deceased lawyer Chandan Sarkar, and the other plaintiff was the wife of Naratanganj City Corporation (Nasik) councilor and panel metor Nazrul Islam.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
