cover ;;<\/strong>\u00a0The Minister of Information and Broadcasting has said that the initiative to stop the activities of IP-TV news that airs will be taken soon. Hasan Mahmud<\/p>\n

He said this in the Bangladesh Secretary Reporters Forum (BSRF) dialogue at the Secretariat Media Center on Wednesday (06 October) at noon.<\/p>\n

The chief information officer Shahenur Mita, BSRF president Tapan Biswas, vice president Motahar Hossain, general secretary Masudul Haque and other members of the organization were present.<\/p>\n

The information minister said, \"You know that IP TV is a reality. The whole world is a reality. It is appropriate to stop it. But, it is not appropriate to stop it. However, it cannot be like a frog umbrella. That's why we have started the IPTV registration process. Those IPTVs want to really work as if they are really working as ITVs will be registered for their own interests and various travesty of the people.<\/div>\n

\"We are thinking that when there is a program or press conference, it should be understood which is an IP TV and which is TV, and here also a discipline should be brought in. So that the same type of boom cannot be used.<\/p>\n

And IPTV will not be able to broadcast any news, the minister said it has passed. We will soon take the initiative to stop the activities of IPTV news that airs.<\/p>\n
