Kamalnagar: Journalist Sajjadur Rahman is a candidate for the post of chairman for the election of Charfalkan Uniton Parishad of Kamalnagar Upazila of Laxmipur. <\/span><\/p>\n

He submitted the nomination papers for the post of chairman to Returning Officer and Upazila Election Officer Swapan Kumar Bhowmik on Wednesday afternoon. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sajjad is the son of Haji Ali Ahmed Mita of Charfalkan area. Daily Jugantar Representative is the Advisor of Kamalnagar Press Club and President of Kamalnagar Club Association. <\/span>Submit the nomination papers along with Daily Jugantar and NTV District Representative Abul Kalam Azad, Kamalnagar Press Club President MA Majid, Samajsevak Md. Shahe Alam, Abul Kalam Abu and all journalists from Kamalnagar were present. <\/span><\/p>\n

After submitting the nomination papers, Sajjadur Rahman said, \"The people of Phalkan are always neglected. They are alive with river erosion and poverty. I am a candidate for the purpose of serving the people of Meghna river and agriculture-dependent neglected areas.
